Terms of Service

Effective Date: 9/15/26

Welcome to GoalExecution, a product owned and operated by GoalExecution LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms govern your use of our mobile applications (“App”) and website (“Site”). By accessing or using GoalExecution, or by accepting these Terms in the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use GoalExecution. By using the App or Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact us promptly.

3. Nature of the Service

GoalExecution is a private, invite-based collaborative planning tool for personal and group goals. It is not a public social network, public content feed, anonymous chat service, or public discovery platform. Goal content is generally visible to participants in the applicable goal (and others you choose to share with), not to the general public.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use GoalExecution to engage in, upload, transmit, share, or promote:

  • Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, or unwanted abusive contact toward others.
  • Hateful or discriminatory content or conduct based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristics.
  • Sexual, pornographic, exploitative, or child-endangering content or conduct. Content involving the sexual exploitation or endangerment of minors is strictly prohibited.
  • Scams, fraud, impersonation, phishing, or other deceptive practices.
  • Illegal, dangerous, violent, or rights-infringing content, including content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Unlawful, harmful, malicious, or deceptive purposes generally; unauthorized access to systems or accounts; interference with App or Site operation; misuse of AI-assisted features, payment-related features, calendar feeds, invitations, exports, or shared planning tools; or uploading content you do not have the right to share.

5. User Content

GoalExecution allows users to create and participate in goals, including personal and group goals. Goals may include tasks, budgets, budget categories, contributions, expenses, payment instructions, polls, calendar items, rules, notes, links, files, images, receipts, vendor information, messages, participants, and other planning content.

You are responsible for the content you add. By adding content, you confirm that you have the right to use and share that content and grant GoalExecution a limited license to host, store, process, display, transmit, and use that content as needed to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the App and Site.

Goal content may be visible to other participants in the applicable goal. Do not add sensitive or confidential information unless you are comfortable sharing it with those participants.

6. Reporting, Review, and Moderation

You may report members and certain content (including messages and AI-generated suggestions) from within the App where reporting controls are available. In shared goals, you may also report other content or activity through the generic reporting control when it is available. You may also contact us at contact@goalexecution.ai.

Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular decision, outcome, investigation result, or response time. GoalExecution may review reports and other available evidence and may take action it deems appropriate.

To the extent permitted by law, GoalExecution reserves the right to review, restrict, remove, preserve, or disclose content, and to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, goals, content, or features, when we believe it is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or GoalExecution, comply with law, or address abuse, safety, or security concerns. We do not promise dedicated moderation staffing levels, continuous monitoring, or guaranteed response times.

7. Planning Hub, Notes, Files, and Attachments

GoalExecution may include planning tools such as Planning Hub. You are responsible for reviewing content you upload or share. Do not upload sensitive documents, private information, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or other confidential information unless you are comfortable with that information being stored and shared with applicable goal participants.

We may place limits on file size, attachment count, note count, storage, or other usage to maintain performance, prevent abuse, and support free and paid feature tiers.

8. Financial Transactions and Budget Tracking

GoalExecution may allow you to track contributions, expenses, payment instructions, shared budgets, and related planning information. GoalExecution is not a bank, money transmitter, payment processor, escrow service, financial institution, lender, broker, investment adviser, or insurance provider. We do not hold, transfer, insure, or manage user funds.

Recorded balances and payment instructions are for informational and organizational purposes only. Users are responsible for making, receiving, verifying, and reconciling payments outside GoalExecution unless a supported third-party payment integration is made available. Budget estimates and related suggestions are not financial, tax, legal, lending, accounting, or investment advice.

9. AI-Assisted Features

GoalExecution may offer AI-assisted features, including budget suggestions, task suggestions, and related recommendations. AI-generated suggestions are provided for convenience and planning purposes only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing them before relying on or sharing them. AI budget suggestions are editable planning placeholders, not live market prices, vendor quotes, or personalized financial advice.

10. Calendar Feed

GoalExecution may allow you to create a read-only calendar feed for a goal. Calendar feed links may be accessible to anyone who has the link. You are responsible for controlling who you share a link with. GoalExecution does not control how quickly third-party calendar apps refresh subscribed calendars.

11. Exports and Shared Goal Plans

GoalExecution may allow you to export or share goal plans and related information. Anyone you share an export with may be able to view the information included.

12. Premium Features, Subscriptions, and Goal Pass

GoalExecution may offer free and paid features, including subscriptions and one-time purchases such as GoalExecution Plus and Goal Pass. Paid features and limits are as shown in the App at the time of purchase.

Purchases made on Apple platforms are processed by Apple through the App Store using your Apple ID. Purchases made on Google Play / Android are processed by Google through Google Play using your Google account. GoalExecution does not directly collect or store your full payment card information. Refunds and billing issues are handled according to the applicable store’s policies (Apple or Google). You can manage or cancel applicable subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Goal Pass is a one-time purchase for a specific goal and does not create a general subscription for other goals.

We may change free and paid features over time in a manner consistent with applicable law and store requirements.

13. Third-Party Services

GoalExecution may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, notifications, AI processing, storage, purchase verification, crash reporting, calendar compatibility, location autocomplete, and other functions. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

Location autocomplete in the App uses Google Maps Platform and the Places SDK. When you use that feature, Google may process information as described in our Privacy Policy and in Google’s applicable terms and privacy disclosures. Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. Google Privacy Policy.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, features, design elements, trademarks, logos, software, and other intellectual property of GoalExecution are owned by GoalExecution LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App or Site without permission, except as allowed by law.

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the limited license described above that allows us to operate and provide the App and Site.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Site are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and security to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the App or Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that AI-generated suggestions, budget estimates, calendar feeds, notifications, exports, or shared planning tools will be accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for your needs.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoalExecution LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of GoalExecution, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, financial losses, disputes between users, missed deadlines, inaccurate budget estimates, failed notifications, calendar feed delays, store purchase issues, or reliance on AI-generated suggestions.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to accounts, goals, content, or features at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users or GoalExecution, misused the App or Site, or engaged in unlawful or harmful activity.

You may stop using GoalExecution at any time. Certain information may remain stored as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, or support shared goals involving other users.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Where the App requires acceptance of an updated Terms version, you may need to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use certain features. Continued use after an updated Terms Effective Date, or acceptance in the App, means you acknowledge the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

20. Contact Us

If you have questions about these Terms, or need to report safety or abuse concerns outside the App, contact us at contact@goalexecution.ai.
