Verified deletion requests are generally completed within 30 days, subject to identity verification, legitimate retention, and applicable-law exceptions. Additional time or retention may apply where permitted or required by law.
Delete your GoalExecution account
You can delete your account in the GoalExecution app or request deletion by email without reinstalling the app.
Delete in the app (recommended)
Open GoalExecution on Android or iOS, go to Settings → Delete Account, and follow the steps. You may need to choose a new leader for shared group goals you own and verify your identity before deletion completes.
Request account deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your GoalExecution account when possible, or otherwise identify the account email in your message. We will verify account ownership before processing deletion. Additional identity verification may be required. GoalExecution will never request your password.

What account deletion does
- Deletes your GoalExecution account profile and personal goals.
- Deletes solo group goals. Multi-member group goals require ownership transfer; shared-goal records may remain for other participants, with your display identity removed where implemented (for example, "Former member").
- Does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage billing in the store where you subscribed.
- Safety, purchase, security, legal, and deletion-audit records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Previously collected aggregated, deidentified, diagnostic, or Analytics information may remain according to applicable provider-retention practices.
